Appointments are claimable on your private health care after your your appointment manually, unless otherwise specified. 

 

To enable us to continue to provide a high quality service, we require 24hrs notice for cancellations unless in the cases of medical emergencies, death in the family etc. Please note last minute cancellations or missed appointments will incur the full treatment fee unless the appointment is filled.
