Combining over 6 years hands-on professional experience in the health & fitness industry along with countless hours of continued education and self-development, your health & fitness goals are in good hands.
As a fully qualified Personal Trainer & Group Instructor Katie also has relevant qualifications as a Functional Strength & Conditioning Coach, Certified Combat & Exercise Boxing trainer, Certified Stick Mobility Instructor and has completed extended training in Fundamental Pilates, Core Yoga, Meditation and much more.
With an emphasis on movement quality and functional development of the body Katie ensures physical health and wellbeing are of top priority and that all training is executed using safe, effective & evidence-based methods.
