Nicole made the commitment to follow her passion and dream for personal fitness and empowering others to healthier, more mobile and well-balanced lives, 5 years ago and has since earned the qualifications:

Certificate in Sport Nutrition

Health and wellness coaching

Cert 3 in fitness

Cert 4 in fitness  

Nic’s focus is matching the sessions and programs with the individual and their health goals. Using an approach that can include functional movements, recovery exercises, genuine, positive support,  encouragement, and fun sessions  to help her clients become the best version of themselves.

Whether your motivation is overall heath, increased strength, mobility, higher quality of life, or to lose weight, Nic will work with you to achieve your goals and achieve whole body benefits.

Sessions can be individual or booked with friends for those team feels.

 1/2hr or 45 min sessions available

Maximum of two participants in a session for personalised PT
