At PHIT Personal Training we believe that training should be just that – PERSONAL!

One size does not fit all when it comes to health and fitness, which is why we take a very comprehensive approach and work with our clients at a holistic level.


Recently returning from London, Paige decided she wanted a more rewarding position. Previously operating in the fitness industry, she understood the importance of a role like this. And so, PHIT Personal Training was born.

Boasting a Certificate IV in Fitness from the Australian Institute of Personal Trainers and over 6 years experience in the industry, Paige has a broad understanding of what we require to allow our bodies to function optimally. Operating throughout Australia and the UK has allowed her to learn and grow as a Personal Trainer and has insured that she has adapted and evolved with the industry, ensuring that she is client orientated & driven by success.
