Jessica- Yin Yoga & Mediation instructor
Jessica brings a unique style to her yoga sessions (matt based) coming from a background of both kinesiology and reiki specialist.
Jess specialises in yin yoga, bringing a connective and restorative aspect to her classes, finishing with a calming mediation at the end of each session meaning each client walks out feeling stretched, grounded and calm ready to conquer the world.
Nadia initially completed her Yoga Teacher Training in Nepal learning traditional yogic methods.
She has completed further training in Yin Yoga and most recently Aerial Yoga.
Working in education for 9 years Nadia has developed many strategies to meet different learning styles, and applies this to the individual needs of her yoga students. Nadia loves that Aerial Yoga allows students to be playful whilst also enjoying the many physical, mental and spiritual benefits.
Nadia brings a wealth of love and experience to our workshops and we know she is going to help her students be their best.
Tanya- Aerial Yoga Instructor
Tanya has over 15 years experience in the industy and holds her diploma in remedial massage. With a keen understanding of the body and how it functions she excitedly completed her training in Aerial Yoga.
Tanya's background in child development has seen her focus on honing and creating Aerial yoga classes for kids, as well as a diverse class perfect for those with different ailments and gorgeous mums & mums to be.
Eshe - Aerial Yoga Instructor
Eshe is super excited to have extended her abilities and now is a qualified Aerial Yoga teacher.
Aerial is the perfect combination between mobility and stability for the joints so although you're getting an amazing stretch and decompression you also walk away feeling like you've done a full body workout!
I loved how much more confident you feel after a session, because you're pushing boundaries and conquering fears. I also love that is accessible for absolutely everyone which is really rare to find. It can be as gentle or hard core as you like, have physical limitations? No worries, no flexible? Neither am I!

Hayley- Vinyasa Yoga Instructor
Hi, I'm Hayley. I came across Power Vinyasa Yoga through my dance teacher at the time, wanting to gain more strength and flexibility for dancing. I started yoga when I was 21, then the opportunity arose for myself to take over in 2010. Off I went to Sydney to learn from the man himself, Baron Baptiste.
Successfully completing his Level 1 teacher training course, I wanted to bring it back to Kalgoorlie and share this amazing style of yoga. I personally have been practicing for about 12 years and teaching nearly 11 years. From practicing Power Vinyasa, not only has my body become very strong, so has my mind. This style of yoga can be practiced in many ways, fast and/or slow, allowing oneself to benefit physically and mentally. My classes are aimed at rewarding one's body and mind. Leaving your ego at the door and allowing your body to do the work. Reap the rewards. You do not have to be flexible or have ever stepped on a mat. It is for EVERY BODY! You may think you cannot do yoga, after a few sessions you will notice a difference in strength and flexibility. They say, one to two classes a week for results, three to four classes a week - it's for life.

Take part in a beautiful 1.5hr class complete with yin yoga & meditation followed by nibbles & sips.
Noise cancelling headphones allows the instructors voice to guide you, allowing you to center and ground yourself without excess distraction.
